Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group seeks a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Plymouth, MA. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required, with responsibilities including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks to prepare market-ready units.

Daily work runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with rotating on-call. The role includes benefits such as housing an apartment discount, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready units with basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and management.
• Contribute to a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Support custodial team in maintaining grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse and parking areas.
• Help achieve occupancy goals by completing tasks diligently.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment community located in Plymouth, MA. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical as needed, in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents, coworkers, and management.
• Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Snow removal.
• Responsible for assisting custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings as needed.
• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.
