Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for two apartment communities in New Britain, CT. The role requires basic apartment maintenance skills and a commitment to keeping properties well-maintained and safe.

Responsibilities include preparing units, communicating with residents and staff, snow removal, and assisting with grounds and building upkeep to achieve occupancy goals. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready units, handle basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and management.
• Contribute to a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Perform snow removal as required.
• Assist custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other buildings.
• Strive to meet occupancy goals by completing tasks diligently and accurately.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for two apartment communities located in New Britain, CT. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical as needed, in a timely manner.


• Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents, coworkers, and management.


• Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.


• Snow removal.


• Responsible for assisting custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings as needed.


• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma/equivalent

• Reliable vehicle
