Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group in North Texas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with proven skills to oversee an apartment community. General knowledge of apartment maintenance is required and you will oversee grounds upkeep, make-readies, and respond to on-site needs.

You will manage work orders, on-call emergencies, and property projects while delivering exceptional resident service. A high school diploma/equivalent, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle are required; EPA certification is
