Job summary

The Station on Central Apartments is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Phoenix to support The Station on Central community. You will handle vacant unit prep, resident service requests, on-call emergencies, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor on projects.

We value hands-on repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances, EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred, and a collaborative, dependable work ethic.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal or Type II certification preferred.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance repairs.
• Energetic, responsible and organized with a team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market-ready condition.
• Respond to resident service requests (lighting, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, etc.).
• Perform on-call emergency service as required (on-call bonuses).
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special projects as needed.
• Help keep grounds and common areas clean and safe.

The Station on Central Apartments is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Phoenix. Daily/Weekly Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on-call emergency service as required (on-call bonuses)
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris

Who and what skills are we looking for?

• A minimum of 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
• EPA Universal or Type II is highly preferred
• Moderate to advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
• Energetic, responsible and organized
• A true team-player mentality is of utmost importance
