Maxx Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Midvale, Utah. You will perform building and equipment maintenance, respond to resident service requests, and assist with on-call emergencies in a hands-on, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair skills.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Respond to resident service requests such as lights and repairs.
• Perform on-call emergency service as needed.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor on special projects.

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on-call emergency service as required
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
