Job summary

MAXX Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for The Upton Apartment Homes in Hollywood. This role offers varied daily tasks including preparing units for new tenants and responding to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform on-call emergency service as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Respond to resident service requests including light bulb changes and appliance repairs.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed.

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready‑condition
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on‑call emergency service as required
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
