Job summary

MAXX Properties is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for Meridian Garden Apartments (224 units). You’ll own on-site operations, lead a maintenance team, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and ensure residents are happy.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of apartment maintenance experience (including work orders and unit turns).
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• Strong skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Ability to lead by example and hold a team accountable.
• Organized, reliable, and solutions-driven mindset.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and their community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside your maintenance team to complete service requests and unit turns efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general building systems.
• Keep the community safe, clean, and fully operational every day.
• Manage make-ready inventory to keep leasing on track.
• Coordinate vendors, control costs, and stay on budget.
• Set the standard for quality, speed, and professionalism.
