MAXX Properties is seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician for The Upton Apartment Homes. Bring 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience to a role focused on preparing vacant units, performing repairs, and responding to resident requests.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns.
• Moderate to advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills.
• EPA Universal is highly preferred.
• Energetic, responsible and organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition.
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.).
• Perform on-call emergency service as required
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
