Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and apartment turns.
• Energetic, responsible, and organized.
• Ability to perform on-call emergency service as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Respond to resident service requests including light bulb changes and appliance repairs.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed.
