Job summary

MAXX Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician for The Station on Central Apartments to maintain units and common areas. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance to keep properties in top condition.

You will respond to resident service requests, assist the Maintenance Supervisor on projects, and participate in on-call emergencies. Opportunity for growth and access to strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills.
• EPA Type II or Universal is highly preferred.
• Energetic, responsible and organized.
• A true team-player mentality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition.
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.).
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed.
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
