Job summary

MAXX Properties is seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician for The Upton Apartment Homes. Bring 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience to a role focused on preparing vacant units, performing repairs, and responding to resident requests.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns.
Moderate to advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills.
EPA Universal is highly preferred.
Energetic, responsible and organized.
A true team-player mentality.

Responsibilities

Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition.
Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.).
Perform on-call emergency service as required
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
