Price Brothers Management Company, a long‑standing family‑owned property management firm in Lewisville, TX, is seeking a full‑time maintenance technician to support apartment communities. You will assist with daily upkeep, complete work orders, and uphold resident relations while complying with company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance, HVAC experience, and a clean driving record, with on‑site duties and flexibility for on‑call hours.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of multi‑family maintenance experience is preferred.
• Experience with HVAC systems is required or preferred.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and handle basic electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist lead maintenance with daily upkeep of apartments, exteriors, and common areas.
• Complete assigned work orders timely and professionally.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents and on‑site staff.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as needed.

Salary Range: $20.40-$25.50 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)

Location: Lewisville, Texas

Key Role Responsibilities

• Assist lead maintenance in the daily upkeep of apartment units, property exterior and common areas in accordance with company standards
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with all residents and on-site team members
• Flexibility to perform other job duties as required

Our Ideal Candidate

• 2-3 years of multi- family maintenance experience (preferred)
• Previous experience with HVAC systems
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
• HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)
• Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed
