Price Brothers Management Company seeks a Maintenance Technician to support residential upkeep at our Kansas City properties. You will assist with daily maintenance tasks on apartment units, exteriors and common areas, and complete work orders efficiently while upholding our quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of multi-family maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and versatile skills in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

Formación

• HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II or Universal)
• 2-3 years of multi-family maintenance experience
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to work weekends/on-call

Salary Range: $22-$27 hourly plus commission

Key Role Responsibilities

• Assist lead maintenance in the daily upkeep of apartment units, property exterior and common areas in accordance with company standards
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with all residents and on-site team members
• Flexibility to perform other job duties as required

Our Ideal Candidate

• 2-3 years of multi- family maintenance experience (preferred)
• Previous experience with HVAC systems
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
• HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)
• Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed
