Job summary

Price Brothers Management Company in Kansas City, MO is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to support the on‑site team with daily upkeep of apartments, exteriors and common areas. You will assist the lead maintenance and complete work orders to maintain high standards of property care.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience, HVAC certification, a valid driver license, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 / hour

Salary Range: $22 - $27 hourly plus commission

Key Role Responsibilities

• Assist lead maintenance in the daily upkeep of apartment units, property exterior and common areas in accordance with company standards
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with all residents and on‑site team members
• Flexibility to perform other job duties as required

Our Ideal Candidate

• 2‑3 years of multifamily maintenance experience (preferred)
• Previous experience with HVAC systems
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
• HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)
• Flexibility to work on‑call and weekends as needed
