Job summary

Price Brothers Management Company is seeking a dedicated grounds/maintenance assistant in Garland, TX. This full-time role focuses on daily grounds maintenance, exterior upkeep, equipment coordination, and preparing vacant units for move-ins.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds daily according to company standards.
• Ensure exterior maintenance and debris disposal are consistently kept up.
• Organize and track equipment for grounds keeping (snow removal, lawn care, pool operations).
• Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move-ins.
• Adhere to safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with residents and team members.

Compensation: $17.35 - $17.85 / hour

Salary Range: $17.35-$17.85 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)

Key Role Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standard
• Ensure consistent upkeep of all exterior maintenance and debris disposal
• Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping services i.e. snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance and pool operations
• Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move in’s
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs, policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and create positive relationships with all residents and fellow team members

Our Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in janitorial or mechanical role (preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to effectively work in both a team and individual environment
• Ability to occasionally operate mechanical equipment
• Ability to follow thorough instructions provided by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
