Job summary

Price Brothers in Frisco, TX is seeking a Residential Property Manager to lead daily on-site operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and safety, and ensure a welcoming, well-maintained community.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in management, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. Proficiency with Property Management Software is preferred to manage tasks and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a management/leadership role.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and apply rules, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily functions throughout the property, including inspections and move in/outs.
• Ensure residents have a clean, safe, well-maintained community by daily inspections.
• Direct, organize and motivate all on-site team members.
• Respond to residents' calls and concerns in a professional, timely manner.
• Monitor debt and delinquent status while keeping it below company requirements.
• Supervise leasing consultants and renewal programs to maximize capacity.
• Maintain records of all financial transactions for the community.
• Maintain office hours and on-call coverage for emergencies 24/7.

Location: Frisco, TX

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily functions throughout the property. Including but not limited to apartment inspections, move in/outs and outside contractors.
• Ensure residents are provided with a clean, safe and well maintained community by inspecting the property daily.
• Responsible directing, organizing and motivating all on-site team members
• Respond to all residents calls and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor debt and delinquent status while keeping it below the company requirement
• Supervise leasing consultants and renewal programs to ensure maximum capacity
• Maintain necessary records of all financial transactions from the community
• Maintain required office hours and on call requirements for all emergencies on a 24-hour basis

Our Ideal Candidate

• 2-3 years in a management/leadership role
• 2 years sales or property management experience (Preferred)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills
• Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws and regulations
• Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
