Job summary

Price Brothers Management Company, continuing the legacy of building Community, is seeking a Full Time role in Garland, TX. Greet prospective renters, conduct tours, lease apartments, and support occupancy goals while promoting a welcoming Community atmosphere.

We value 2 years of sales or property management experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Property Management Software. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, 401k, PTO and holidays offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective renters and residents, providing tours and information about the Community.
• Apply sales techniques to lease apartments and maintain a strong closing ratio.
• Support resident retention efforts and contribute to a welcoming Community atmosphere.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating promotional materials and generating new leads.
• Perform lease administration tasks such as application processing, credit checks, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, unit availability, and resident correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to meet occupancy goals and ensure property presentation standards.
• Manage shared amenities and support Community events and programs.

Salary Range: $19.35-$20.35 hourly plus Commission

Key Role Responsibilities

Our Ideal Candidate

• 2 years in sales or property management experience (Preferred)


• Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills


• Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to- date knowledges of rules, laws and regulations.


• Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems


• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
