Job summary

Price Brothers Management Company in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Residential department. The role focuses on assisting daily upkeep of apartment units, addressing work orders promptly, and maintaining professional relationships with residents and on-site teams.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of multi-family maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC systems (EPA Type I & II or Universal), and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred).
• Experience with HVAC systems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliances).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and any state Certifications as required.
• HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal).
• Flexibility for on-call and weekend work.

Salary Range: $20.40-$25.50 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)

Our Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state

• Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed
