A vacation property management company based in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to implement upkeep and maintenance of their Sales Center and Welcome Center. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, handling maintenance calls, and assisting guests as needed. Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience in general resort maintenance. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance necessary.
• Experience in general resort maintenance is essential.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry helpful.
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain daily upkeep of Sales Center.
• Complete maintenance calls and assist guests.
• Assists guests when needed and performs other duties as requested.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.

What you\'re great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested

Qualifications

• Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations
