Job summary

Capital Vacations in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Sales Center and Welcome Center, ensuring a safe, functional and inviting environment for guests.

The role involves preventative maintenance, painting, plumbing and electrical work, landscaping cleanup, and assisting guests as needed. A High School Diploma and a valid driver's license with a clean record are required. This is a seasonal, part-time position with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
• Experience in resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Perform preventative maintenance (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Paint, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, landscaping cleanup.
• Complete maintenance calls and general upkeep of the property.
• Notify manager of any issues.
• Assist guests when needed.
• Handle the trash.
• Clean the pool.
• Complete all other duties as requested.
