Job summary

Capital Vacations in Ormond Beach, Florida, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage the upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will implement preventative maintenance programs and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
