Job summary

A resort management company seeks a Maintenance Technician to implement upkeep and maintenance at their locations. Responsibilities include daily maintenance tasks such as painting and plumbing, alongside preventative programs for essential systems. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required. Ideal candidates will have experience in general resort maintenance and knowledge of the Timeshare industry. Qualifications

• Experience in general resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
• A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs for A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances.
• Maintains daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and cleaning.
• Completes maintenance calls and assists guests when needed.

What are you motivated by?

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
