Job summary

Capital Vacations is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Myrtle Beach, SC, responsible for the upkeep of Sales and Welcome Centers. The ideal candidate will implement preventative maintenance programs, maintain landscaping, and handle general repairs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry is preferred.
• Experience in general maintenance, including landscaping and construction.

• Complete maintenance calls and notify manager of issues.

What are you motivated by?

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
