Job summary

Capital Vacations is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Westerly, Rhode Island. The role involves implementing preventative maintenance and maintaining the Sales Center and Welcome Center. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in landscaping, construction, and general maintenance.

The position offers around 32 hours a week and a pay rate of $23 per hour, along with benefits including paid time off, medical contributions, and travel perks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
• Experience in general resort maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain daily upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Complete maintenance calls and assist guests.
• Notify manager of any issues.

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean‑up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
