Job summary

Capital Vacations in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will perform upkeep, respond to maintenance requests, and help guests, ensuring facilities are safe and welcoming.

This role requires basic tools, reading work orders, and the ability to handle painting, plumbing, electrical tasks, landscaping, and general repairs. We offer a career path with benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Good driving record with no significant violations.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry is a plus.
• Experience in resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Performs daily upkeep (painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, drywall, landscaping).
• Completes maintenance calls and upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notifies manager of issues.
• Assists guests when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
