Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will implement preventative maintenance for HVAC, fire safety, and appliances, and perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping cleanup.

You will also assist guests as needed and complete maintenance calls with timely issue notification. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license with insurance, and knowledge of the Timeshare industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Sales Center and Welcome Center facilities.
• Implement preventative maintenance for A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances.
• Perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping cleanup.
• Complete maintenance calls and notify manager of issues.
• Assist guests as needed.
• Read construction work orders and use basic tools.

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances


• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up


• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center


• Notifies manager of any issues


• Assists guests when needed


• Completes all other duties as requested
