Job summary

Newbury Living is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support College Hill apartments in Des Moines, IA. You will perform apartment turnovers, routine repairs, and preventative maintenance while delivering excellent resident service.

Newbury Living is hiring a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our high-performing team, serving College Hill apartments in Des Moines.

Starting pay at $28.00/hour

Quarterly performance bonuses

Who You Are:

Experienced in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

A team player with great problem-solving abilities

Communicates clearly and professionally – both written and verbal

Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Has 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience (preferred)

Holds a valid Iowa driver’s license and vehicle insurance

Able to pass a background check and drug screening
