Newbury Living is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support College Hill apartments in Des Moines, IA. You will perform apartment turnovers, routine repairs, and preventative maintenance while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment turnovers and ensure units are move-in ready.
• Carry out maintenance repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Complete property inspections and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Provide exceptional resident service and communications.
• Participate in after-hours emergency response and coordination.
