Princeton Property Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Portland, OR. You will perform multi-trade maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and general repairs to keep our properties in top condition.

• Ability to handle basic maintenance and troubleshoot more extensive issues.

Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our team!

We are seeking a skilled, dependable professional who takes pride in delivering quality work and exceptional customer service. If you're a self-motivated problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of experience in property management or facility maintenance.
• Strong working knowledge of all areas of apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service to residents and team members.

Wage is $30-$32 an hour at 40 hours a week and a monthly $85 phone reimbursement.

Minimum Requirement of the Job:

Legally able to work in United States
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pass a thorough background check

Computer proficient,

Must possess basic hand and power tools and the knowledge to use them
