Newbury Living in Denver is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will service and turnover apartments, perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and conduct preventive maintenance to keep property operations smooth.

We offer starting pay at $75,000 per year, quarterly bonuses, and opportunities for growth. The role requires a valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment turnovers and ensure units are move-in ready.
• Handle maintenance repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Complete property inspections and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Provide exceptional resident service and communication.
• Participate in after-hours emergency response/coordination.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Performing apartment turnovers and ensuring units are move-in ready

Handling maintenance repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems

Conducting preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly

Completing property inspections and coordinating with vendors as needed

Providing exceptional resident service and communication

Participating in after-hours emergency response/coordination

Who You Are:

Experienced in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

A team player with great problem-solving abilities

Communicates clearly and professionally – both written and verbal

Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Has 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience (preferred)

Holds a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance

Able to pass a background check and drug screening
