Job summary

5812 Investment Group in Columbus, OH seeks Experienced Maintenance Technicians to join the 5812 Maintenance Team. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and move-in preparations across residential properties, ensuring safety and quality in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, maintenance experience or trade school training, HVAC certification or willingness to obtain one, a valid driver's license, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or preferred.
• Maintenance experience or trade school education.
• HVAC certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Driver's license and valid car insurance.
• Personal transportation and reliability.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal; English proficient.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software.
• Possess basic hand tools or ability to acquire them.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service through ticket resolution.
• Work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Prepare move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs.
• Maintain grounds cleanliness and general upkeep.
• Assist in snow removal when needed.
• Work on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Perform other duties as required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution.
• Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs.
• General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist in snow removal as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Maintenance Experience or trade school education
• HVAC certification or the willingness to obtain one
