Job summary

5812 Investment Group is seeking Experienced Maintenance Technicians in the Columbus area to join the 5812 Maintenance Team. The role covers preventative maintenance, repairs, and turnover work across our residential communities, with on-call rotations and strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Maintenance experience or trade school education.
• HVAC certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Driver's license and valid car insurance.
• Personal, reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software.
• Possess basic hand tools or can acquire them.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution.
• Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs.
• General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist in snow removal as necessary.
• Work on a rotating on call schedule.
• Perform other duties as required.
