5812 Investment Group in Columbus, OH is seeking Experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our 5812 Maintenance Team. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances to keep move-in ready homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Maintenance experience or trade school education.
• HVAC certification, or willingness to obtain one.
• Driver’s license and valid car insurance.
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software.
• Possess basic hand tools or can acquire them.
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution.
• Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs.
• General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist in snow removal as necessary.
• Work on a rotating on call schedule.
• Perform other duties as required.
