Job summary

5812 Investment Group is seeking Experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Parkersburg, West Virginia. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in maintenance or completed trade school education preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an HVAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution.
• Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs.
• General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist in snow removal as necessary.
• Work on a rotating on call schedule.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution.
• Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

• General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist in snow removal as necessary.

• Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Maintenance Experience or trade school education
• HVAC certification or the willingness to obtain one
• Driver’s License and valid car insurance
• Personal, reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software
• Possess basic hand tools or can acquire them
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning
