Job summary

5812 Investment Group in the Columbus area is seeking Experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our 5812 Maintenance Team. A signing bonus is offered with annual bonus potential, reflecting our Team Promises and growth in residential property management with 6000+ units.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generating move-in ready apartments, grounds upkeep, snow removal, and rotating on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Maintenance experience or trade school education preferred.
• HVAC certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Driver's license and valid car insurance.
• Personal, reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Basic computer skills with apps and software.
• Possess or acquire basic hand tools.
• Service mentality and eagerness to learn.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution.
• Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs.
• General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist in snow removal as necessary.
• Work on a rotating on call schedule.
• Perform other duties as required.
