You will handle light electrical, painting, carpentry, and operate within the work-order system while following chemical safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Interest and ability to learn new skills as needed.
• Familiar with emergency procedures if chemicals are misused.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance work (light electrical, painting, carpentry, etc.).
• Maintains a clean and organized laundry area and stores chemicals safely.
• Works effectively within the work-order system and reports building conditions to the Maintenance Director.
