Benchmark Senior Living in Concord, NH is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance, ensuring safety and comfort for residents and staff. You will coordinate with the Maintenance Director and use the work-order system to track tasks and conditions of buildings and equipment.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM. The role includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a caring community.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical repair abilities.
• Knowledge of chemical safety and handling.
• Willingness to learn new maintenance techniques.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply proper biohazard waste handling.
• Maintain a clean laundry area and store chemicals per instructions.
• Follow standards for chemical usage and handling.
• Demonstrate excellent mechanical skills.
• Work effectively within the work-order system.
• Perform general maintenance (light electrical, painting, carpentry).
