Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs and work 8-12 hour standing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Respond to work orders promptly, including after hours.
• Follow health and safety procedures for equipment maintenance.
