Job summary

Cardinal Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of our community and maximize residents’ living experiences. This full-time, non-exempt role requires hands-on upkeep of facilities, equipment, pools, and common areas, with after-hours on-call responsibilities.

You will follow safety and EPA guidelines, coordinate with the on-site team, and deliver reliable service while complying with standard operating procedures; weekend work and lifting up to 75

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.
Must lift 75 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.
Able to work weekends and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

Maintain facility and grounds according to community objectives.
Ensure safe operation and repair of equipment per OSHA programs.
Respond to work orders promptly; participate in on-call rotation.
Inspect public areas and resident apartments for standards.
Follow EPA air conditioning and refrigeration record-keeping requirements.
Keep storage areas and tools secure; participate in Cardinal U training.
