Job summary

The Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Maintenance Team Member (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of our community while ensuring residents have a high-quality living experience.

You will perform maintenance across facilities and grounds, respond to work orders including after-hours on-call shifts, and uphold safety, health, and EPA standards for HVAC, pools, and equipment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility and grounds according to community objectives.
• Operate and repair facility equipment in compliance with safety policies.
• Respond to work orders, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Inspect public areas and resident apartments to ensure maintenance standards.
• Follow EPA and health-safety procedures for air conditioning, refrigeration, pools, and water chemistry.
• Keep storage areas and tools secure at all times.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
