Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring property areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. Duties include completing work orders, preparing vacants for leasing, inventory control, documentation, and routine inspections.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. On-site benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.
• State/local jurisdiction certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance on buildings and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and perform make-ready tasks.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and manage materials for maintenance.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Inspect property and assist in safety and risk management programs.
