Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose and repair issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support make-ready processes for new move-ins.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and flexibility with a schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant handling certifications required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspections and vendor coordination.
• Accesses and tracks materials from maintenance dept, returns unused items, and advises on re-orders.
