The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, vacancy turnover readiness, and occasional painting tasks to uphold high living standards. Applicants should have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-call.

Formación

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Ability to read and follow policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of SDS, chemical handling and proper chemical application.
• Familiarity with PPE and safety protocols.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and shutoffs.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing and major appliances.
• Complete service requests timely while meeting standards.
• Ensure vacant homes are rent-ready; perform turnkey work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance of apartments.
• Assist in interior/exterior painting as needed.
• Follow safety policies and maintain incident-free culture.
