The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and on-call rotation participation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical repair.
• Ability to read and understand policies including safety policies.
• Ability to identify cleaning chemicals and PPE usage.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and other systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner and keep spaces rent-ready.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist in painting as needed.
• Maintain safety culture and proper use of tools and PPE.
• Handle hot works such as brazing, soldering, and welding following standards.
