Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC in Missouri seeks a Maintenance Technician I to maintain and repair hotel systems and facilities on a full-time basis. The role requires performing preventive maintenance across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment, plus light carpentry and safety program implementation.

You will keep records, train junior techs, and assist with staffing needs while delivering friendly guest service and upholding Drury's standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and refrigeration.
• Ability to dismantle equipment to repair or replace components.
• Knowledge of water chemistry and pool maintenance.
• Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• English language proficiency for direction and training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Complete repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair.
• Implement and monitor safety programs in compliance with regulations.
• Keep detailed records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
• Contribute to an exceptional guest experience with courteous service.
