Drury Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to maintain safe, well‑running hotel facilities in Centennial, CO. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems while promoting a positive guest and team member experience.

The role includes developing safety programs, keeping records, and training junior technicians, with potential for career growth and a discretionary bonus. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge for hotel facilities.
• Ability to train Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, testing, filtration, and mechanical operations.
• Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring safety and injury-prevention programs.
• Knowledge of building maintenance including electrical and plumbing.
• English language proficiency (speaking/writing).
• Flexibility for Emergency repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC.
• Develop, implement, and monitor facility safety programs.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I staff.
• Collaborate with management to schedule department needs.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences with a +1 Service attitude.
