Responsibilities include documenting maintenance in CMMS, ensuring safe building operations, and delivering excellent service to occupants and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical certification preferred.
• EPA-608 certification required. Valid driver’s license.
• 5 years of experience in maintenance/related role.
• Must safely use hand/power tools and operate lifts with certification.
• Ability to read safety procedures, manuals, blueprints and work orders; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and routine repairs on commercial/industrial systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS; monitor equipment performance and report concerns.
• Follow safety policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements; maintain clean work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with occupants, vendors, and team members.
