Job summary

Medline is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment in a fast-paced production setting. You will troubleshoot malfunctions, record maintenance activities in CMMS, and mentor junior team members while supporting project work to improve equipment reliability.

You will frequently operate lift equipment, follow safety procedures, and communicate issues to leadership.

Qualifications

5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
Proficient in using CMMS for work orders, log maintenance and generate reports.
Familiar with PLC logic systems and basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment and escalate to senior staff as needed; document issues in CMMS and maintenance logs.
Mentor junior technicians and support project work including space renovations and equipment installation.
Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) as required and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Assist with building maintenance, equipment testing, and recording task outputs for production reporting.
