Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is a leading healthcare company seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain and improve equipment and facility systems that keep operations moving.

You will independently perform preventive maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot conveyors, automation, robotics, and facility systems, and guide junior team members. The role requires grit, safety, knowledge sharing, and a drive to restore reliable performance.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 5 years of forklift, conveyor and general equipment repair and maintenance; experience troubleshooting complex equipment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: None (not required).
Certifications/Licensure: None

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
Document all work in CMMS and ticketing systems and maintain operation logs for equipment.
Mentor maintenance personnel and assist junior technicians; oversee projects and reviews as needed.
Ensure safe operation and adherence to Lock Out/Tag Out and PPE procedures.
