Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment. You will troubleshoot and document issues in CMMS, mentor junior staff, and assist with larger projects and safety compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial equipment, ability to work overtime/on-call, and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed within the state and beyond.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
5 years of experience repairing forklift, conveyors and general equipment; troubleshooting
Basic computer skills including CMMS, PLC logic knowledge

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment; escalate to leadership as needed.
Record maintenance issues in logs and CMMS; maintain accurate operating logs.
Mentor maintenance personnel and assist two-person tasks when required.
Oversee projects, space renovations, and equipment testing; ensure safety and compliance.
